Welcome to Artificial Grass Direct. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Artificial Grass Direct. We operate this website and all related services, powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Access and Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your location to use the Services. You may be asked to provide accurate and current information when browsing or making a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.
Our Products
We aim to show accurate product information, but colours and appearance may vary based on your device. We do not guarantee that product quality will meet your expectations. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time. We may limit product quantities at our discretion.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are accepted once payment is processed. Some orders may not be cancelled once accepted. If an order is changed or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
You agree that purchases are for personal use only, not resale.
Prices and Billing
Prices may change without notice. The price shown during checkout is the price you will pay, excluding taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless stated otherwise. Promotions may have separate terms. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and authorize us to charge all associated fees.
Sample Program Misuse Policy
Artificial Grass Direct’s free sample program is designed to allow customers a one-time trial experience of our products. To ensure fairness and equal access for all customers, each household is limited to one sample per product. Any attempt to obtain multiple samples by using different identities, addresses, or any other deceptive means is considered misuse. We reserve the right to cancel sample requests and deny future participation to any party found violating these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the program fair for everyone.
Shading and The Effects of Normal Use
In common with all pile fabrics, artificial grass may shade. This occurs when the pile is brushed or lies in different directions and therefore reflects light differently. The extent to which your artificial grass will show the effects of shading depends upon its construction, design and use. Deep pile grass will probably show your footprints and this is a shading effect. This is not a manufacturing defect and will not affect the wear life of your grass. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee against the effects of normal use. Pile will flatten more quickly in areas of heavier use. In some artificial grass this will be more noticeable than others. This is not a fault and will not affect the wearability of your artificial grass. A great deal of effort has been made to ensure the colours of artificial grass shown in photography on this site are as accurate as possible. Each colour has been carefully matched to its appearance in natural daylight. However, colours may well appear slightly different on your monitor and different again under the lighting conditions in your home. We therefore recommend that you take advantage of our free sample service to give you an accurate representation of the actual colour and quality. Dye batches also vary and therefore it may be possible that your artificial grass does vary very slightly from the sample or any previously purchased product. In the event that you are trying to match up to an existing product, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing the order so that we can try our best to ensure a batch match.
Size Tolerance
All sizes quoted are approximate. Very slight variations are unavoidable and a tolerance of plus or minus 1.25% is allowable in accordance with clause 3 of British Standard 3655 of 1981. We would always recommend to build your borders at least 3cm shorter for 2m width grass, 5cm shorter for 4m width grass and 8cm shorter for 5m width grass.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—such as trademarks, images, text, graphics, and designs—is owned by Artificial Grass Direct or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any material without permission. All rights are reserved.
Our trademarks and Shopify’s trademarks may not be used without written permission.
Optional Tools
You may access tools provided by third parties. These tools are offered “as is” and without warranties. Your use of them is at your own risk. Future features or tools added to the Services will also fall under these Terms.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or guarantee these sites and are not responsible for any loss or damage from your use of them. Review their policies before engaging in transactions. Any issues related to third-party products or services must be directed to the third party.
Relationship With Shopify
Artificial Grass Direct uses Shopify to power the Store. However, your purchase is made directly with Artificial Grass Direct. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or problems arising from your transactions with us. You agree to release Shopify from claims related to your purchases.
Sale & Clearance Items – Returns Policy
All Sale, Clearance, End of Line, and Reduced Price items are sold as final sale.
These products are non-returnable and non-refundable if you:
- Change your mind.
- Order the incorrect product.
- Order the incorrect quantity.
- No longer require the item.
- Find the product at a different price elsewhere.
Please check all product specifications, dimensions, and quantities carefully before placing your order.
If you believe an item has arrived damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographs and details of the issue. We will investigate your claim and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use this content for any purpose. You confirm that you own or have rights to the feedback and that it complies with the Terms. We may remove or edit feedback that violates laws or these Terms.
